At Michael Kors Pre-Loved, we want you to be satisfied with your unique find; however, due to the circular nature of our marketplace, items are only eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they remain in their original received condition. Please note that all returns are subject to a processing fee that will be deducted from your final refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Michael Kors Pre-Loved account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included in your shipment are present.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 3 business days of initiating the request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition matches the original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
